It also might be because there are several applications that uses the same resources (i.e., internet bandwidth, memory, video card) that affects the quality of the video.
What should I do if I am encountering poor video quality during meeting?
If you experience poor video quality on Google Meet, especially when another meeting participant is presenting, follow the steps below to improve your video quality:

Check if your internet connection is stable and can support the call.

Close other browser tabs or applications that may be using up resources.

Make sure that your camera is turned off and your microphone is on mute to reduce the resources Google Meet uses.
