Overview
This article explains the return process after taking a break from enrollment. Follow these steps to reactivate your account, settle any balances, and enroll for the upcoming term smoothly.
Welcome Back to MMDC, Returnees!
Who Is a Returnee?
A returnee is a former MMDC student who did not enroll for one or more terms but now wishes to resume studies and continue to complete their college journey with MMDC.
Step-by-step Guide of the Return Process:
Step 1: Signify Your Intent to Return
Fill out the Intent to Return Form for students who would like to enroll in the upcoming term enrollment.
Submitting this form allows the Enrollment Team to prepare your account for reactivation reactivation, or other instruction as needed, as an important preparation step for enrollment to the upcoming term.
Step 2: Reactivation Request (For Students Not Enrolled for Two or More Consecutive Terms)
If you have not been enrolled for two (2) or more consecutive terms, you are also required to process your student reactivation.
To do so:
- Accomplish the Request for Reactivation Form.
- Settle the ₱100 reactivation processing fee.
When settling the reactivation fee, please use only one of the following standard processing codes:
- 2020123456
- 2020654321
- 2020765432
You may refer to this Payment Guide for your reference.
After payment, submit the accomplished Request for Reactivation Form together with your proof of payment through the designated Reactivation Google Form.
Step 3: Account Reactivation Process & Timeline
Once the form is submitted:
-
Your MMDC learner email and Camu account will be reactivated if:
There is no outstanding balance from previous terms
The Request for Reactivation Form has been submitted correctly, and the ₱100 reactivation processing fee has been paid using one of the prescribed processing codes (this step only applies to students who have not been enrolled for two (2) or more consecutive terms).
Timeline: Reactivation is typically completed a few days before enrollment begins. Wait for confirmation from the Enrollment Team.
If you have an outstanding balance, settle it first and submit proof of payment here.
Step 4: Enroll for the Upcoming Term
After your account is active, access the Camu Enrollment Module during the official enrollment period.
