Welcome Back! A Guide for Returning Students
At MMDC, we understand that circumstances change from term to term.
Balancing school, work, and personal commitments can be challenging, and sometimes, taking a break is necessary. But don’t worry—we’ve made returning to MMDC seamless and hassle-free so you can continue your academic journey with ease.
Who is a Returnee?
A returnee is a former officially enrolled student at MMDC who did not enroll for one or more terms but now wishes to resume their studies.
If this applies to you, follow this guide to ensure a smooth transition back!
Step 1: Signify Your Intent to Return
To start the process, you must fill out the Intent to Return Form. This allows us to initiate your account reactivation and prepare for your return.
Intent to Return form - for students with no outstanding balances from previous term/s.
Intent to Return form - for students with outstanding balances from previous term/s. Please also ensure to attach your proof of payment in the form so we can update your records.
Step 2: Account Reactivation Process & Timeline
Once you’ve submitted the form, we will proceed with reactivating your MMDC learner email and Camu account, provided that:
1. You have no outstanding balance from previous terms
2. You have correctly submitted the Intent to Return Form
Timeline: Account reactivation is typically completed a few days before the start of enrollment. Please wait for further confirmation from the Enrollment Team.
If you have an outstanding balance, kindly settle it first and email your proof of payment to iaservices@mmdc.mcl.edu.ph for verification.
Step 3: Enroll for the Upcoming Term
Once your account is reactivated, you will be able to access the Camu Enrollment Module during the official enrollment period.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

You may reach out to iaservices@mmdc.mcl.edu.ph, and we’ll be happy to check your account for you.
2. When will my MMDC learner email and Camu be reactivated?
Your account will be reactivated a few days before the start of enrollment, as long as you’ve filled out the Intent to Return Form and have no outstanding balance.
3. I need my Digital ID for the upcoming term. When can I request it?
Processing of Digital IDs will only begin once the list of officially enrolled students for the term is finalized. Please wait for further announcements regarding this.
4. I’m not sure if I can enroll this term. What should I do?
If you’re unsure about returning this term, we recommend filing a Leave of Absence (LOA). This will ensure a smoother return when you’re ready to continue your studies.
5. Will the documents or files saved prior to account deactivation still be available on my Google Drive once reactivated?
Yes, the files will still be available on your Google Drive. However, we strongly discourage uploading personal files or anything not related to MMDC, as the accounts of students who are not enrolled for the current term will be deactivated. Please note that MMDC is not liable for keeping or retrieving these files. It is the learner's responsibility to use their learner's email solely for academic purposes.
6. Will my Camu progress be reset?
Your Camu progress will be retained unless the courses you were enrolled in are dropped.
7. I need further assistance. Who can I contact?
Our Integrated Advising Team is here to help! Feel free to reach out via email at iaservices@mmdc.mcl.edu.ph.
