Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will the documents or files saved prior to account deactivation still be available on my Google Drive once reactivated?
A: Yes, the files will still be available on your Google Drive. However, we strongly discourage uploading personal files or anything not related to MMDC, as the accounts of students who are not enrolled for the current term will be deactivated. Please note that MMDC is not liable for keeping or retrieving these files. It is the learner's responsibility to use their learner's email solely for academic purposes.
Q: Will my Camu progress be reset?
A: Your Camu progress will be retained unless the courses you were enrolled in are dropped.
Note:
This reactivation process is for students who have taken a break for only one term. If you have been away for more than one term, please contact the Integrated Advising team for further guidance.
