This comprehensive guide is designed to provide continuing students with all the essential information and steps necessary for a seamless re-enrollment process. Please carefully review and get familiar with these instructions for your enrollment this term.
There are 5 essential steps to enroll in MMDC, as outlined above.
1. Plan and identify the courses you will be enrolling in for the upcoming term. To help you, you may access the How to Prepare for Enrollment Guide.
2. Enlist to your chosen courses and preferred section and schedule by following this guide: How to Enroll: A Step-by-step Guide.
3. Finalize your Enrollment via Enrollment Finalization GForm.
4. Enroll by paying for your tuition and fees. You may refer to the Payment Guide for this step.
5. Submit your proof of payment by uploading it via the Proof of Payment GForm.
Enrollment Guidelines and Reminders

Please enroll courses according to what is indicated in your Curriculum Plan.

The Maximum Course Load for every term is indicated in the Curriculum Plan per program and specialization. Please ensure not to go beyond the indicated maximum number of units. See sample below:

Courses marked as INC from a preceding term should be completed within the next term, but should NOT be re-enrolled. They are also not included in the total count of the term's total enrolled units.

Students with INC marks need to contact their mentors to coordinate regarding the requirements for completion and due dates.

Students with INC marks also need to submit a Course Completion Request thru the IA Services.

Remediation courses are not a requirement. These are required only for those who didn't pass the PPC Readiness Assessment Test during the Application process, and for those who failed it previously. To find out your standing and result for the said assessment, you may contact your Admissions Advisor.

For students needing to take the Remediation Courses - It is recommended that these courses, when possible, are taken first before taking the succeeding Math and English courses indicated in the Curriculum Plans.

It is recommended that students complete and take courses according to how they are sequenced in their Curriculum Plans. For instance, students are recommended to take remediation courses first, Term 1 courses first, before Term 2 courses and so on.

It is also recommended that students retake course where they received a grade of F.

It is also essential that students take and pass Pre-requisite Courses first. On the other hand, Co-Requisite Courses should be taken alongside each other within the same term. You can see this in the Curriculum Plans. See sample below:

Students are recommended to take only the appropriate number of units that they are able to accommodate together with their other commitments - family, work, business, other responsibilities.

For students who enroll to 9 units or less, they get to enjoy a 40% discount on the Miscellaneous Fees.

From a typically Php 7,155 Miscellaneous Fees, it will just be Php 4,293.

Lastly, aside from these reminders, the student has the liberty to choose what courses they wish to prioritize taking this coming term as well as the total number of units to enroll.
