Reminder:
Please note that under Section 84 and 85 of the CHED manual, students will only be tagged as officially enrolled after the submission of complete requirements.
Similarly, failure to submit your documents by the deadline may result in the following consequences:
- Rejection of document requests
- Exclusion from any honor or award, if you are otherwise qualified
- Denial of enrollment for subsequent terms
- Denial of promotion to the next year level
- Cancellation of enrollment
All new students are encouraged to complete their submission within their first term of admission in MMDC.
