To simplify this process and support the online nature of MMDC, we have a dedicated team of Integrated Advisors (IAs) who are ready to assist you at every stage of your student journey.
What is the Integrated Advising Team?
The Integrated Advising Team serves as your one-stop support system for all non-academic student-related inquiries and concerns. Whether your questions are personal, financial, technology-related, or about student discipline, the IAs are here to guide you through the entire process.
How to Reach the Integrated Advisors
Instead of navigating multiple offices, you can simply raise a ticket through our Support Center or email the team at iaservices@mmdc.mcl.edu.ph.
When contacting the IAs, be sure to indicate your question, need, or request clearly, so they can assist you effectively and ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly.
Our IAs are available Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and are always willing to assist.
What Can the Integrated Advisors Help With?
The Integrated Advising Team respond to your frequently asked questions and can connect you with other departments, when needed. IAs provides support in areas such as:
- Student Records & Document Requests – Assistance with Registrar-related inquiries and requests
- Financial Matters – Guidance on payment concerns and fees.
- Tech Support – Help with navigating student portals and systems.
- Personal & Disciplinary Matters – Connecting you with the Guidance Office.
- General Student Services – Assistance with non-academic concerns related to your student experience.

The Integrated Advising Team is not just reactive—they’re also proactive! They will reach out periodically to check in on how you're doing.
