What are the available payment options?
You can conveniently settle your school fees through any of the following payment channels:
- GCash
- Maya
- RCBC Over-the-Counter
- RCBC Online Banking
- MLhuillier
- Visa or Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards
- Remittance Services
How can I pay using a credit or debit card?
You can pay your tuition fees using any Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to our How-To Guide.
If you encounter issues accessing the MMDC credit card payment portal, please submit a support ticket to our Integrated Advisors (IAs) for assistance.
How long does it take for my tuition payment to reflect in my Camu account?
Payments are typically updated in your Camu account within two (2) days after the transaction is posted in the system.
Installment Plans and Late Payments
What installment plans are available?
We offer two flexible installment plans to help you manage your tuition payments:

- Plan 1: 40%-30%-30%
- 40% due upon enrollment
- 30% due for the second installment
- 30% due for the final installment
- Plan 2: 20%-40%-40%
- 20% due upon enrollment
- 40% due for the second installment
- 40% due for the final installment
- Plan 1: 40%-30%-30%
Are there penalties for late payments?
There are no penalties for late payments, but we strongly encourage you to pay on or before the scheduled due dates to avoid any disruptions to your enrollment.
Refunds and Excess Payments
What happens to excess payments?
Any excess payments will be credited to your account and applied toward future fees or balances.
How can I request a refund if I withdraw my enrollment?
If you decide to withdraw your enrollment, you must submit an Enrollment Cancellation Request (ECR) to officially discontinue your studies at MMDC.
- If your ECR is submitted within the refund period (typically the first few weeks of the term), you may be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests made after the designated period will no longer be eligible, and any remaining balance must still be settled.
- Refund processing may take up to 10 weeks.
Enrollment and Financial Requirements
Can I enroll for the next term if I still have an outstanding tuition balance?
No, you must settle any outstanding tuition fees before you can re-enroll for the next term.
Payment Issues and Troubleshooting
I accidentally paid the wrong biller through GCash or Maya. What should I do?
If you made a payment to the wrong biller, please contact ECPay Helpdesk for a reversal request. This ensures proper coordination between the school, GCash, and you as the student.
To request a reversal:
- Email ECPay Helpdesk at helpdesk@ecpay.com.ph and provide your ECPay ticket number for tracking.
- Submit a request to GCash through this link: GCash Support Form.

Official Receipts and Documentation
How can I request an official receipt (OR)?
Students can request either a physical or digital copy of their official receipt:
- Digital Copy: We will scan and send it to your registered email.
- Physical Copy:
- Available for pick-up at Learning Hub QC (LH QC).
- For students in Negros Occidental, it can be shipped to LH BCD for pickup.
- For other locations, we can arrange shipping, but students must cover the shipping fee. MMDC’s partnership with LBC only covers deliveries between MCL, LH QC, and LH BCD.

Discounts and Financial Assistance
Do you offer discounts for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)?
MMDC does not offer direct PWD discounts. However, students may apply for financial aid programs offered by CHED, such as the Private Education Student Financial Assistance (PESFA) Program.
Under R.A. 7277, Section 13, financial assistance is available to economically marginalized but deserving PWD students pursuing post-secondary or tertiary education. This may include:
- Scholarships
- Student loan programs
- Subsidies and other incentives
Note: Being a PWD alone does not guarantee qualification. Applicants must meet both economic and academic eligibility criteria.

How can I apply for a Bukas loan?
Applying for a Bukas loan is easy! Simply visit this link and follow the step-by-step application process.
Can I request a refund for excess payments from my Bukas loan?
No, excess payments from Bukas loans cannot be refunded to students. As stated in the loan agreement, the funds are strictly for educational purposes. Any excess amount will be:
- Credited toward your tuition for the next term, or
- Returned to Bukas.
