At MMDC, your experience matters. We understand that not everything goes as planned—and sometimes, you just need a place to speak your mind, share an idea, or appreciate someone who made your day a little better.
That’s why we created Frustrations, Ideas, and Shoutouts—a space where you can express yourself freely and honestly.
What Is This For?
This is a simple form where you can:
- 😤 Vent about a frustration (academic, peer-related, or personal)
- 💡 Share an idea or suggestion for how we can make your experience better
- 🙌 Give a shoutout or appreciation to someone who deserves it
You can share anything—from small wins to big feelings. You may choose to submit anonymously or leave your name if you’d like us to follow up.
This is your space. Whether you're feeling inspired, overwhelmed, or thankful—your voice belongs here.
What Happens After You Submit?
We review every message submitted with care. Here's how we handle the feedback:
| If You Chose To… | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Stay Anonymous | Your message is still read and included in our weekly review. No names are shared. |
| Leave Your Name & Email | If your message needs follow-up, we’ll reach out to you directly via your email. |
| Submit a Shoutout | With your submission, we may include your appreciation post in a Student Shoutouts board. |
The Feedback Loop: How You’ll Hear Back
We believe in closing the loop on feedback.
- ✅ If you provided your email and asked for a response, expect an update once your concern has been routed or addressed.
- 📄 If you submitted anonymously, stay tuned to the monthly “You Spoke, We Heard” bulletin, where we summarize key themes and share actions being taken—no names, just shared insights.
This bulletin will also be posted here on the Help Center for full transparency.
