HRM:

1. Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills;
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications;
3. Knowledge in labor laws and common labor practices;
4. Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet deadlines
5. Ability to plan and evaluate functions of the company to increase efficiency.
6. Ability to conduct basic research

MM:

1. Creatives Intern:

1. Proficiency in Photoshop (Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, or other software knowledge is a plus);
2. Up-to-date knowledge on design trends
3. Knowledge in any video-editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.);
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision;
5. Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet deadlines;
6. Knowledge in concepts of UI and UX is a plus!

2. Marketing Intern
   1. Strong creative ideation, planning, strategy and goal-setting for specific, timely marketing campaigns;
   2. Knowledge in growing brand awareness and online reputation based on specific client plans;
   3. Knowledge in content management, planning and scheduling for different social media platforms including editorial content;
   4. Knowledge in SEO is a plus! (But don’t worry, we will cross train you for SEO);
   5. Ability to use reputation management using an in-house system

OM:

1. Ability to analyze industry data, consumer behavior, and digital metrics to identify key trends and provide actionable business insights.
2. Ability to contribute to the development of business strategies by providing research insights, benchmarking competitors, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports.
3. Ability to strengthen critical thinking and communication by translating data into clear insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
