To access your classes, complete assessments, and participate in student life activities, you need a reliable device that we recommend meets the following minimum specifications:

  • Laptop or Desktop Computer

    1. Processor: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or higher

    2. RAM: 8 GB (16 GB recommended for smoother performance)

    3. Storage: At least 128 GB (SSD preferred for faster loading)

    4. Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (latest versions)

  • Minimum Device Requirements

    1. Processor: Intel i3 / Ryzen 3

    2. RAM: 4 GB

    3. Working webcam and microphone

    4. Updated browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge)

Why this matters: A capable and stable device helps you avoid delays in class activities, ensures smooth meetings and consultations, and improves overall learning performance in a digital-first environment.

📌 Note:
While tablets and smart phones can be helpful for quick checks, messaging, or light coursework, they are not ideal for the full MMDC learning experience. Many activities—such as typing assessments, joining live sessions, using productivity tools, and navigating the Learning Management System—work best on a laptop or desktop. For this reason, we strongly recommend having a reliable computer to ensure smoother performance, fewer technical issues, and a more productive learning experience overall.
