MMDC issues digital student IDs as part of our onboarding process. This article explains when and how IDs are released, what to do if there are issues with your ID details, and what to expect regarding physical IDs and lanyards.
What is the process for requesting student IDs?
Student IDs are sent within the first month after the official start of the term.
- IDs are issued based on the information submitted during admissions.
- If additional or updated information is required, the team will proactively reach out to you.
- If you were contacted due to incomplete ID data, or if you received your ID with discrepancies, you may request ID issuance through this form:

Does MMDC issue physical IDs?
No. As a digital-first institution, MMDC issues digital IDs only.
- Students may print their digital IDs at their own expense if needed.
- MMDC does not provide printed or laminated IDs.
Where can I purchase an MMDC lanyard?
MMDC currently does not sell lanyards or official merchandise.
- However, students are encouraged to join MMDC activities, where official merch items (including lanyards) are occasionally raffled or given away.
