To proceed, students must submit their enrollment finalization for the approved special class listed above by completing the official Special Course Finalization Google Form. This confirms that they agree to / accept / acknowledge the tuition cost of the petition course they intend to enroll in.

The submission deadline is April 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Only students who accomplish the final confirmation Google Form will be considered officially enrolled in the petition course.

Additional Next steps: 

1. After your enrollment confirmation is received via the Gform, you will be manually enrolled to the course during the week of April 6-10. Please await your GSA by April 10-15. 
2. Afterwards, please proceed with submitting the payment for enrollment no later than April 17, 2026. Please be reminded that synchronous sessions will start on April 27, 2026. 

Other important reminders:

• ❌ No Revisions or Withdrawals: Once you submit your confirmation to enroll in the special class, no further changes will be allowed.

• ⚖️ Disciplinary Sanction for Non-Compliance:
   Students who confirm but fail to proceed with enrollment will be subject to disciplinary action as endorsed by the Registrar’s Office.

• ✍️ Parental Consent Required (if applicable):
   The signed petition form must include your agreement, as well as that of your parent or guardian, to the assessment of additional fees and course requirements. If you are self-paying, please indicate this in the GForm.
