Overview
As we prepare for the December 7, 2026 Commencement Exercises of Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna (MMCL), all MMDC graduates are required to complete their official graduation photographs for use in the College's graduation materials and productions.
These photographs will be used for:
- Multimedia presentations during the Commencement Exercises;
- The MMCL Blue & Silver Yearbook; and
- Official graduation records, including the Transcript of Records, and other graduation-related materials.
Recognizing that MMDC graduates are located across the Philippines and overseas, we are providing two options for completing your graduation photographs.
Please carefully review both options and select the arrangement most convenient for you.

💡 Can I use just one photo? Yes. If you choose to take one professional photograph that already meets both the Formal Photograph requirements and the Portrait for Digital Toga Editing requirements (e.g., a plain white, collarless shirt with a clean, professional appearance), you may use the same photograph for both purposes. However, you are still required to submit two (2) separate digital files using the required filenames:
This allows the College to correctly process each image for its intended use. |
Option 2: On-site Studio Photography
📅 Date: Sunday, November 15, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Venue:

Why Is Graduation Photography Included in the Graduation Fee?
The graduation photography component covers more than the original photo session.
It includes the professional preparation and production of official graduation photographs and materials, including:
- Official academic toga photograph preparation;
- Commencement multimedia presentation materials;
- Inclusion in the MMCL Blue & Silver Yearbook;
- One (1) 5R signature photograph in academic toga; and
- Four (4) 2R/wallet-size prints of the formal photograph.
For graduates choosing digital submission, the official MMCL academic gown will be digitally applied to the submitted toga portrait.
For graduates attending the designated studio, the official academic gown will be available for the photography session.
Both options are intended to produce the official graduation photographs required for the December 7 Commencement Exercises.
