In this article, we'll walk you through on how to make tuition and fee payments using RCBC online banking services and over-the-counter bills payment. (See more Tuition Fee Payment channels.)
Online Bills Payment
- Go to www.rcbconlinebanking.com or use your RCBC Mobile App.
- Type your ‘User ID’ and ‘Password’. Click Login and enter the OTP.
- Go to Pay Bills Menu.
- Under Payment Details:
• Pay From* Select Source Account Number dropdown
• Pay To* Select List of Billers
• Select Biller Category, then select Applicable Biller in the list. - Input Biller’s required references from their payer
(E.g. - Account Number, Name, etc.)
• Reference 1:
• Reference 2:
• Amount:
• Remarks (if applicable) - Click Submit button.
- Click Proceed To Payment.
- Input the OTP, then submit.
- Finalize your payment and receive your payment confirmation.
- Submit your proof of payment to iaservices@mmdc.mcl.edu.ph.
You can Save the Bills Payment Cyber Receipt by selecting the following options:
• Save Transactions as Template
• Save Receipt as Local file
• Save to Mail Box
Over-the-Counter Bills Payment Service
Payments for tuition fees, back account, penalty, and other charges (document requests) are accepted via the RCBC over-the-counter Bills Payment Service. Fill out a green Bills Payment/Collection Slip with the following details:
Reminders:
- All payments will be electronically transmitted and uploaded to student’s account the next business day.
- Only CASH payments are accepted.
- A convenience fee of Php 15.00 per transaction is charged to the customer.
