How to pay for Laptops under the Computer Lease-to-Own Program SY22 and SY23

1. Make a Fund Transfer to MMCL's RCBC Bank Account
   Bank Name: Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC)

2. Finalize your payment and receive your payment confirmation.
3. Send a copy of your proof of payment to mmdc_treasury@mcl.edu.ph, CC in the email iaservices@mmdc.mcl.edu.ph. Indicate the following info in your email:
   THIS PAYMENT IS FOR LAPTOP
   Student Name
   Student Number
   Amount Paid
   Date of Payment
4. Submit also your proof of payment using this Google Form - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfhB9D_xOEIL8gE8zEeEP90N0MZ5YG6nz9I5XgmtdJwRwXk8Q/viewform 

Note: This is the only payment channel available for laptop payments. Other channels are for tuition and matriculation fees. If payments are made via the other channels, it will automatically be deducted from your tuition balance, and NOT from your laptop balance.
