Overview
This article lists the documents required for transfer student or transferee admission to Mapúa Malayan Digital College (MMDC), a college under Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna (MMCL).
During your admission process, you may have already uploaded digital copies of your documents. However, submitting the original physical copies of these requirements is a separate and essential step to complete your official enrollment.
You will only be considered officially enrolled once MMDC has received and verified your complete physical documents. Students with pending requirements are considered conditionally enrolled until all credentials are submitted.

A transfer student refers to someone who has previously enrolled in a college or university and is now applying to continue their studies at MMDC.

All official documents—such as transcript of record, transfer credentials, or certifications—must be addressed to Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna (MMCL) as the recognized legal and institutional name. Mapúa Malayan Digital College (MMDC) operates as a college under MMCL, and therefore, all official documents should be addressed to MMCL.
Why do I need to submit my physical admission documents?
Submitting your physical admission documents is required for MMDC to officially confirm your enrollment. Failure to submit your credentials may lead to the following:
- Delay in course crediting and evaluation
- You cannot be officially promoted to the next level.
- You cannot officially graduate from the program.
- You cannot be recognized for honors or awards, even if qualified.
- You cannot enroll in succeeding academic terms without being cleared.
- You will not be released any official records (e.g., transcript, certifications, or permanent record).
- Your enrollment may be cancelled if documentary requirements remain incomplete beyond the deadline.
If your documents are still being processed by your previous school, coordinate immediately with your former registrar to ensure timely transmittal to MMDC/MMCL.

These terms are detailed in the Affidavit of Undertaking you signed during admission. By signing the affidavit, you acknowledged your temporary or conditional enrollment status and agreed to submit all required credentials within the given timeline to maintain your official standing at MMDC.
