Important Reminder: Sign In To the Help Center for Full Access

How to Sign In to the MMDC Help Center

1. Click the “Sign In” button on the Help Center homepage. You’ll be taken to the sign-in page where you’ll need to enter your MMDC email address and your password.

• • If you’ve signed in before, simply enter your password.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot password?” and a reset link will be sent to your email.

2. If this is your first time signing in, click the “Get a password” link below the login fields. You’ll receive an email with a link to create your password and activate your account. 

3. After that, you’ll be redirected back to the Help Center home page.

4. Signing in also allows you to view your previous requests. To view your support tickets, click the dropdown menu next to your name in the upper-right corner of the page, then select “Requests.”

This will show you a list of all your support tickets, including both resolved and ongoing requests.

To ensure you can access all resources, please sign in to the Help Center using your MMDC learner Google account (@mmdc.mcl.edu.ph). Many links, documents, and guides are shared exclusively within the MMDC Google community, so using a personal email may prevent you from viewing important content.

Additionally, all the documents linked in the MMDC Help Center are automatically shared with the MMDC organization, meaning they can only be accessed using your official MMDC learner Gmail account. This ensures privacy, security, and seamless access to important resources. Attempting to open documents with a personal email may result in access restrictions. To avoid issues, always sign in with your MMDC account when viewing Help Center materials and other school-related documents.
