Use Your MMDC Learner Email
Always sign in using your MMDC learner Google account (lr.xxxxx@mmdc.mcl.edu.ph).
Documents linked in the Help Center are shared within the MMDC Google environment and may not be accessible using personal email accounts. Signing in with your MMDC account ensures secure, uninterrupted access to all resources.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Is my Help Center password the same as my Google, MyCamu, or Coursera password?
No.
Your MMDC Help Center account is a separate system from your Google account, MyCamu account, and Coursera account.
This means:
- Changing your Google password does not change your Help Center password.
- Changing your MyCamu password does not change your Help Center password.
- Changing your Coursera password does not change your Help Center password.
You have complete control over your Help Center password and may nominate any password you prefer by following the account creation or password reset instructions outlined above.
Can I use a personal email address for my Help Center account?
Yes. Students may use a personal email address to access the Help Center, particularly if their MMDC Google account has already been deactivated.
However, we strongly recommend using your MMDC learner email whenever possible to ensure seamless access to MMDC-exclusive resources.
