Step 1
The files you refer to in your courses are uploaded to Google Drive and are shared within the domain of MMDC. This means that files are accessible only to those who are using their MMDC account.
You are getting this prompt because you are logged in to a non-MMDC account.
Step 2
You need to change the default logged in account first to your MMDC account.
To do so, just click the logged in account. Google will redirect you to the list of available accounts.
Step 3
Select your MMDC account to continue.
If your MMDC account is not in the list of available accounts, click Use another account to log in your MMDC account.
Step 4
You should be able to access the file after switching to your MMDC account.
To avoid getting the prompt, it is advised to use your MMDC account as the default account for your Chrome browser.
