How to Use the RCBC Pay Portal Facility for Credit/Debit Card Payments

Step 1: Access the Payment Portal 

• Click on this link: MMDC Credit Card Payment. 

Step 2: Enter Your Details 

• Provide your MMDC Email Address, Student Number, and Birth Date.
• Click on the "Proceed to Payment Portal" button. 

Step 3: Select Your Bill 

• Choose the bill you want to pay by clicking the corresponding checkbox.
• Check the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box. 
• Click on the RCBC icon to proceed. This action will redirect you to the Xendit Payment Portal. 

Step 4: Enter Payment Information 

• Fill in the required payment details on the Xendit Payment Portal. 
• Click the "Pay Now" button. 

Step 5: Confirm Your Payment 

• An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP in the provided field and click "Submit." 

Step 6: Payment Confirmation 

A thank you page will appear, confirming your successful transaction.

• After a few seconds, you will be redirected back to the MMDC payment confirmation page, where your reference number will be displayed. 
• Take a screenshot of this confirmation page for your records. 

Step 7: Submit Proof of Payment 

• Submit the screenshot of the payment confirmation page as your proof of payment using this Google Form: Google Form for Proof of Payment.

1. I received the following error message: Unsettled Charges Sorry! We noticed you did not proceed with a transaction. Please allow us to clear the transaction for an hour. Thank you.

Close the debit/credit card payment portal and wait 1–2 hours before trying again. This error usually occurs when the payment portal has been left open or inactive for an extended period. The session automatically expires after a certain period of inactivity. After 1–2 hours, open the payment portal again and start a new payment session.

2. Can I use my debit card to pay using this payment portal?

Yes, you may pay using your debit cards from BDO, Metrobank, BPI, RCBC, MariBank, GoTyme, as long as your card's payment network is either Mastercard or Visa.
