To make paying for requests and services easy and hassle-free, we provide multiple payment options. Below are the available options along with step-by-step instructions for each.
For Document Request and other services such as Course Load Revision, Dropping, Shifting, Enrollment Cancellation and Course Completion
via GCash Bills Payment:
- From the main menu of the GCash App, click “Bills”.
- In the Bills section, you'll find an option labeled "Schools". Simply click on this option to proceed.
- From the Schools list, choose (MMDC) Mapua Malayan Digital College.
Note: Please ensure to select Mapua Malayan Digital College (MMDC), and NOT Mapua Malayan Colleges Mindanao (MMCM) or Mapua University
- Enter the required information: Amount, Student Number, Surname and Purpose of Payment, Email Address. For other requests and services, instead of your personal Student Number, use the following processing codes:
2020123456 / 2020654321 / 2020765432 / 2020876543 / 2020987654
Note: Payments using the student’s personal student number will automatically be deducted from the tuition fees. The processing codes listed above are the indicators that the payment are for other services and requests.
- Finalize your payment and receive your payment confirmation.
- Attach a copy of the payment confirmation to submit your request to the IA Services.
via Maya Bills Payment
- From the main menu of the Maya App, click “Bills”.
- In the Bills section, you'll find an option labeled "Schools". Simply click on this option to proceed.
- From the Schools list, click Mapua Malayan Digital College.
- Enter the Account number, Amount and Surname and Purpose of Payment. For the Account Number, you may use any of the following processing codes:
2020123456 / 2020654321 / 2020765432 / 2020876543 / 2020987654
5. Finalize your payment and receive your payment confirmation.
6. Attach a copy of the payment confirmation to submit your request to the IA Services.
