Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Fill Out the Application Form
● Download the Application for Transfer Credentials Form
● Fill it out completely and accurately
● Affix your signature on the form
Step 2: Pay the Processing Fee
● Amount: ₱1,040
● When paying, do not use your student number. Use 2020654321 or 2020123456 as the
assigned processing code.

Student Clearance Guidelines
1. Clearance Signing
Your request will go through five (5) offices for clearance:
- Center for Learning and Information Resources (CLIR)
- Center for Guidance and Counseling (CGC)
- Student Affairs Office (SAO)
- Registrar’s Office
- Treasury Office
Your documents will be prepared and released only after all offices have signed off on your
clearance.
2. Pending Admission Documents (Physical Copies)
The physical copies of your admission documents must be submitted within your initial term at MMDC. If you have not yet submitted the physical copies of your admission requirements, this may cause delays in the clearance processing. Make sure to complete your physical documents submissions as part of your clearance.
3. INC Grades
- If you failed to request a course completion of your INC grade during the applicable term, the course/subject will be marked as 5.00.
- If you submitted a course completion request, your grade will be updated to 3.00 after one (1)
term.

4. Outstanding Balances
Clearance cannot proceed if you have unpaid balances related to tuition and/or your lease-to-own laptop account if you availed of this program. Please settle any balances before submitting your request.

Processing Timeline
Please allow 6–7 weeks for processing. This timeline covers all internal procedures, clearance verification, and administrative validation of your records and accounts.

1. Where does my clearance go?
Your clearance form will be routed through five offices:

2. When will my transfer credentials package be released?
Your transfer credentials package will only be prepared after all offices have signed your clearance. If you do not have any pending obligations, your transfer credentials will be released after 6-7 weeks.
3. What if I haven’t submitted my admission documents yet?
If you haven’t submitted the complete physical copies of your admission requirements, your clearance might be delayed. Submit them as part of your clearance process.
4. What happens to my INC grades?
- If you didn’t request completion of your INC grade during the term, it will be marked as 5.00.
- If you did request completion, your grade will be updated to 3.00 after one term.
5. Can I get clearance if I have unpaid balances?
No. If you have outstanding tuition or laptop account balances, your clearance will be on hold. Please settle all payments first.
