If there is one thing that MMDC Mentors consistently prove, it’s that distance – digital or otherwise – is not a barrier in fostering a caring and thriving learning community! 

Through the dedication and guidance of your mentors, you have experienced how meaningful, supportive, and engaging learning can be, even from a distance. Just last week, you nominated the mentors who stood out the most for the first-ever Outstanding Mentor for Growth (OMG) Award! Despite the digital divide, these mentors lead thought-provoking discussions, share relevant industry know-how, and impart practical work skills for their students. 

After reading your responses sent with heartfelt enthusiasm and filled with inspiring stories, we are proud to present your very first Outstanding Mentors for Growth (OMG) Awardees!
