Overview
This advisory provides the graduation fee, billing schedule, payment timeline, and next steps for declared Candidates for Graduation and are expected to participate in the Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna Commencement Exercises on August 20, 2026.
Students are encouraged to review the schedule below and complete the required payment within the announced period to ensure a smooth graduation process.
Graduation Fee
For the August 20, 2026 Commencement Exercises, the graduation fee is:
₱8,915.00
The graduation fee covers graduation-related expenses, including, but not limited to:
- Graduation Processing
- Graduation Credentials and Diploma
- Alumni Membership Fee
- Basic Graduation Photo
- Yearbook
- Toga Rental
- Commencement Ceremony Arrangements
- Other graduation-related administrative and operational expenses
Please note: The graduation fee applies to all students who have been declared as Candidates for Graduation, regardless of whether they will attend the commencement ceremony, graduate in absentia, or defer participation in the ceremony. Graduation-related services, credential processing, and administrative requirements continue regardless of attendance.

Graduation Timeline
Please take note of the following schedule for this graduation cycle.

Students who are declared after the initial billing period will receive their billing instructions upon declaration.
Payment Instructions
Graduation fees will be billed to your student account and will be viewable in your Camu Student Portal
Students are encouraged to settle the graduation fee within the announced payment period to avoid delays in the succeeding graduation activities.
Payment instructions and available payment channels remain the same as the College's existing payment process.
What Happens After Payment?
Once the payment period has concluded, the College will begin the Graduation Clearance Process.
Graduation clearance verifies that students have completed all necessary requirements before the release of graduation credentials and participation in the commencement exercises.
A separate Graduation Clearance Advisory containing the detailed procedures, schedule, and instructions will be released before the start of the clearance period.
