Diploma
MMDC graduates will be able to receive their Diploma tomorrow, August 20, 2026, during the Commencement Exercises.
Official Transcript of Records
We would also like to provide an important update regarding the release of your Official Transcript of Records (TOR).
The MMDC and MMCL Records Teams are currently experiencing delays in the final preparation and production of the TORs. While we had intended to make these available together with the Diplomas on Graduation Day, we will need additional time to complete their production.
We ask for your understanding and to please allow approximately two (2) additional weeks for the completion of the TORs.
We recognize that some graduates may need their TOR for employment, further studies, or other requirements, and our Records Teams are continuing to work on completing these as soon as possible.
A separate announcement will be issued once the TORs are ready for release in the next 2 weeks, together with the applicable claiming arrangements.
We apologize for this change from the previously announced schedule and appreciate your patience as we complete the preparation of your official records.
