Viewing your Final Grades
This article offers a step-by-step guide for MMDC students to access and view their final grades for a particular term or academic year.
How can I view my final grades on Camu?
To view your final grades for a specific term or academic year, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your My Camu account.
- On the left side panel, locate and click on "Transcript".
By following these steps, you will be able to access and review your transcript, which includes your final grades.
Here are some important notes and explanations to help you understand the terms used in your academic records:
- CA (Credits Accumulated): This refers to the total number of units or credits you have taken during a specific term.
- CP (Credits Passed): This represents the number of units that you have successfully passed or completed during the term.
- GP (Grade Point): The grade point is calculated by multiplying the credits of each course by the corresponding grade you have achieved, and then summing them up for all courses.
- GPA (Grade Point Average): The GPA is obtained by dividing the total grade points (GP) by the total credits accumulated (CA) for the term. This value is also known as the Term Weighted Average (TWA) and reflects your average performance for that specific term.
- CGPA (Cumulative GPA): The CGPA is the cumulative average of your GPA across all terms. It is calculated by summing up the GPAs from each term and dividing it by the total credits accumulated across all terms. The CGPA is also referred to as the General Weighted Average (GWA) and provides an overall representation of your academic performance throughout your college journey.
Understanding these terms will help you interpret and assess your academic progress accurately.
