Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I include courses taken from my previous school in the Credit Evaluation Form (RCEF) for shiftees?
Yes, but only under certain circumstances. Students shifting from a BSIT program to a BSBA program may include previously completed Business Administration (BA) courses taken from another institution, provided they can submit the corresponding Course Description (CD) for evaluation. The Program Head may request additional documents if needed during the credit evaluation process.
Should I include the courses that were already credited during my initial term at MMDC?
No. List only the courses that you have taken and completed at MMDC. Courses that were previously credited from another institution during your initial admission do not need to be included in the RCEF.
Do I need to fill out the "Credited" and "Not Credited" columns in the RCEF?
No. These sections should be left blank. The Program Head will complete these portions during the credit evaluation process.
What should I do if the RCEF template does not have enough rows for all my courses?
You may use the other fields in the form. Ensure that all entries remain clear, readable, and properly aligned before submitting the form.
Are the interviews with the CGC and Program Head conducted online?
Yes. Both the Career Counseling interview with the CGC and the Academic Advising interview with the Program Head are conducted online.
When will my new program reflect in my MyCamu account?
Your new program will be updated in your MyCamu account toward the end of the term, before the next term's enrollment period begins.
